What to expect
- For a smooth experience, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Your therapist will greet you and guide you to your treatment room
- Before and after your session, you will have the opportunity to use the en-suite shower facilities
- At Leon Therapeutics, we believe that every massage should be different: tailored to your individual needs in the moment, and your health goals in the longer term. So, before beginning the massage, your therapist will chat with you about prior medical conditions, areas that are giving you trouble, modalities you like and pressure sensitivity
- Upon completion of the massage, your therapist will advise on what you can do day-to-day to reduce strain on your body and help achieve your health goals.
